194-227
This section is extremely funny because I already know the end of the book. Harry thinks Snape is he bad guy and Quirrell is trying to stop him. Also They have the misconception that Snape is trying to kill Harry. They have that completely backwards because both are trying to help him. Then they try to show Snape and the other Slytherins that they aren't wimpy. They do this by having the shortest Quidditch game on record, and Ron and Neivelle beat up Malfoy, Crabbe and Goyle. Then Harry looks in the Mirror of Erased and sees is family. I like Dumbedore's position about it. Looking at what you want will only drive you mad, it won't give you your dreams.

blog 5-12/13
In pages 163 to 193 a lot happens. Harry and Ron save Hermione from a troll on Halloween. It was nice for them to save her but they got her into that predicament. I'm not sure what to think about their actions because they were really mean and said that no one liked her. Hermione is a very sensitive person and went crying to the bathroom the rest of the day, where the troll found her. Harry and Ron are also extremely ignorant. They lock the troll in a room. They wouldn't think to see if it was the girls bathroom before locking the door, would they. Then Hermione lies. This is such a breakthrough. I believe that that is what made Harry and Ron befriend Hermione, not the saving her from the troll, like the book portrays. Harry has his first quiddich match. I think he has a right to be nervous because everyone is saying how good he is. What if he wasn't? His team might have killed him. Then someone, perceived to be Snape jinxed Harry's Broom. His broom was definitely jinxed but they shouldn't blame Snape. They aren't positive he did it, and it would be unjust to accuse him because he hates Harry.

blog 4- 12/5
Harry begins to use all the skills he used at the Dursley's house in pages 131 to 162. He always had to run away from Dudley, and now he is running away from Filch. I think it is good that he learns that he is good at quidditch because it really shows that he can be someone other than "the boy who lived." Hermione Granger which Harry and Ron meet is a very studious girl. I wouldn't spend so much time studying if I didn't have anything else to do, but you can tell that she likes to be correct and probably wishes that she was like Harry and be famous without trying because she seems desperate. I don't care for professor McGonagall's reaction to Harry flying when Madame Hooch told them not to. She basically promoted him to a position no one has ever been in for braking rules. That just encourages more rule breaking. Harry goes out at midnight to fight Malfoy. As I just said, more rule breaking. You could get the wrong message from this section and believe it is okay to break rules because Harry gets away every time he breaks the rules.
